What we collect

We collect information you submit for event registration, applications, toolkit delivery, workshop inquiries, and event notices. This can include your name, email, role, organization, location, goals, and application answers.

How we use it

We use this information to operate events, send requested messages, manage capacity, prepare workshops, protect the service, and maintain an audit trail. We do not sell personal information or use behavioral advertising.

Service providers

PostgreSQL and DigitalOcean store operational data and files. Resend delivers email, Zoom hosts virtual meetings, and Cal.com handles workshop scheduling.

Retention and choices

Unverified submissions expire quickly. Email bodies are removed after 30 days; inactive lead records are removed after 12 months; event-related personal data is anonymized after 24 months unless it must be retained for security or legal reasons. New-event notices include an unsubscribe link.
